Sunday Ice Cream Cruise

It was a gorgeous day so we took the 45 minute Ice Cream cruise on Lake Union then headed to dinner close by. I forgot to take shots of the beautiful scenery from the boat...just some shots of the family.

Friday fun day

This week was Giddens Schools spring break. Since we took our vacation last month Carrie Ella went to day camp at school all this week. On Monday when I pulled into the parking lot to drop her off she asked "where is everybody?" I felt a little bad that we didn't have anything planned for the week. I felt better to see more than 10 other preschoolers were in camp with her too. She had a great week, and even got home earlier in the day than she typically does so she could see Grandpa Tom & Grandma CC.

I decided to take the afternoon off and pick her up early. What fun we had! We went to the Seattle Center for the afternoon then in the evening we met the rest of the family down on the water front for dinner and a ride on the Big Wheel. Was a great time!

Finished the night off with ice cream, of course.

Easter

The Easter bunny brough CE a bird house (and candy of course). 

Sean and CE painted it this afternoon then once it dried we gathered bird friendly nest items (string, cloth, feathers, grass, flower petals, etc...) to place nearby and hung it up in a tree. Let's hope the birds love the lovely home we've made. 

Spring

I took CE to Luca's 4th birthday party today.  Here with classmate Delaney.

After dinner we headed out for some fresh air.
