Carrie Ella shared her Hoot with Sally this morning. Now that's some sister love.

Big Sister Party Day

The Wasse's came by and met Sally today and then took Carrie Ella for a very special outing with Charlotte. As they left they were chanting "big sister party day! Big sister party day!"

Agenda, (as told to me by CE), went to U-Village made ornaments, ate dumplings and green beans, had Menchies, played on the playground and topped it off with a visit to the toy store where she came home with a truck and an owl. Such fun! So spoiled. 

Feel so fortunate to have friends like the Wasse's.

Carrie Ella and Daddy celebrated the arrival of Sally by making birthday cupcakes and singing. 

She's planning on bringing them to her friends at school tomorrow. 

CE's having a tough time missing me while I've been in the hospital. I miss her too. Looking forward to getting home to CE and Sean tomorrow!

Grandparents/Special Friend Day

Michelle spent some time with CE at Giddens this AM. She got to join their bi-weekly morning sing, see CE in her classroom, plant a flower bulb and play for a while. 

So grateful & thankful Michelle was able to take the time from work to be with CE.

As its a yearly tradition at Giddens, I hope that someday a grandparent can join her. 

Daddy

Last night, for the first time, Carrie Ella called out for her Daddy in the night. "Daddy. Daddy. I want my Daddy." So very sweet, and very timely as the two of them will be getting a lot closer soon.
