They were positioned by the 22 mile marker as the course came into downtown Bellingham, then I headed out of town again along the Bay, before heading back downtown to the finish line. Got to see them twice! Sean says Carrie Ella got upset when she saw me the first time, guess she wanted me to stop. If I had I'm not sure I would have been able to get myself going again to finish.
Took me 4 hours and about 22 minutes to do it at an average pace of 10 minutes per mile.
Not sure if I'll ever do another full marathon, but I'm already registed for a half marathon on December 1st!
