Long weekend....

Had fun with CE today (and yesterday) but I'm exhausted. Being an only parent is tough, and lonely, even if only for a weekend. Not sure how others do it day in and day out.

Last night CE had a bubble bath after painting for a bit. 

 

 

She went down for the night without issue and was up right at 7:00 AM.

 

We made it to the Children's Museum a half hour before it opened, even with a child I'm still incredibly early for everything.  Its annoying but on the bright side I was able to snag free street parking no problem.

The museum may not be all that great and up to date, but its perfect for her age. She loves it. 

 

 

 

Beep! Beep!

 

She barely made it home without crashing in the car and went down for a 2 hour nap immediately.

After she woke we played, watched some live concerts on Palladia, went for a walk in the rain and skyped with Aunt Lizzie.

It was a long weekend, but was nice to have some quality time with my best girl. Soon we'll be in Hawaii!!
